How many days/hours per week do you C&C'ers train?

i really use to love to lift (obsessed), talking 2+ hours a day, sometimes twice a day, spent $$$ on supps + sauce, stopped only a couple years ago that went on for years.

once I had to pull two jobs, I had no time to lift, but somehow I kept a good physique just because I love sports. So now after work I just dedicate doing something active outide or some competetive game, instead of the same repetetive gym ordeal.

I honestly think it may have something to do with looking at ones self on those wall size mirrors everyday for hours does something to the brain.

Monday: Chest (takes about 40 min)
Tuesday: Legs (takes about an hour and a half)
Wednesday: Back (takes about an hour)
Thursday: Triceps (takes about 40 minutes)
Friday: Shoulders (takes about 40 minutes)
Saturday: REST
Sunday: Biceps (takes about 30 minutes)

All workouts are done in the evening.


Cardio is seperate from weight training. I do that anywhere from 15 minutes 3x per week during bulking through the winter, to up to 45 minutes 5x per week through the spring for cutting (summer 'maintenance' lies somewhere in between, as does fall)

I almost always do cardio right after I wake up.
 
don't lift anymore, i'm all about just hoopin it, joggin, walking 18 holes, just going outside working on shit for hours, getting the heart rate up, slow sweat... It took me years to figure out eating right is the key, not over excercising.

My life is alot better now that I don't waist 2 hours a day in that meat festival of douchness

the hottest sluts don't even like the muscles

are you still pretty cut? what is "eating right" to you?
