How many days/hours per week do you C&C'ers train?

Most of us just pretend. My kettlebell arrives from Sports Authority tomorrow.

What size KB did you get? my old gym had a full compliment of KBs and the owner was RKC certified. You can do all sorts of tortuous shit with them.

I hit the weights 3-4 times a week. I am doing cardio 6 days a week as of late. HIIT post workout and steady state with a weighted vest on my off days.

I started with a 35lb'er. Once that gets too easy I'll get another and use them together for DB shit and go 44lb, depends how easy it feels. I've been using single 30lb DB for now and that's a good wind if you do 15-20 reps.

If you're going to get into old-school 'functional strength' workouts, you should pick up a sledgehammer and a tractor tire too.
That will be kinda hard to get into the apt. ;)

I have a 35lber sitting around here collecting dust.

High reps swings/snatches will make you want to die. Your forearms are gonna hate you too. Expect some bruising.

i really use to love to lift (obsessed), talking 2+ hours a day, sometimes twice a day, spent $$$ on supps + sauce, stopped only a couple years ago that went on for years.

once I had to pull two jobs, I had no time to lift, but somehow I kept a good physique just because I love sports. So now after work I just dedicate doing something active outide or some competetive game, instead of the same repetetive gym ordeal.

I honestly think it may have something to do with looking at ones self on those wall size mirrors everyday for hours does something to the brain.

no question bro. plus you're around that environment where everyone looks better than the everyday person. it basically puts you in a completely unrealistic world, and many people feel the need to keep up with the status quo

whoa...i just also described south beach in a nutshell
