How many days a week do you workout while on gear

for a long time i worked out like this
mon chest
tues shoulders, tris
wed back bis
thurs legs
fri off
sat chest
sun off
mon start over
It worked for a while but then i got run down after a while so i just started one bodypart a week but my strength just isnt there like it was when i worked out like up above. I might try something different from those .
 
When you folks say yer off, do ya do any cardio on those days? I like to 30-45 mins of cardio on the days I don't lift, except on Sunday ( I do Nothing on Sundays)
 
Cutting = 3 weightlifting days per week. Nine cardio sessions per week
Bulking = 5 days weightlifting per week. 2 sessions of cardio
 
Unless something comes up (doctors appoitment or whatever) I don't even take a day off. Since i've started my cycle, theres been not one day since my muscles gave the classic post workout ache; I don't feel the need to rest.
