How long till Milk thistle kicks in if ever?

I feel like shit.....loading the wagon and need to know
when or if milk thistle will help your liver? Can someone
describe for some symptoms of liver pain and if I should feel this damn rough on 500 mg cyp 450 mg deca and 75 md tren ed......

with no orals in there, i doubt its the liver. likely the AAS flu that often happens the first week - try ur echinacea and antiox - it shoud og away soon. milk thistle usually has a near immediate effect for me (3-4 hrs) the tren can be rough on ur kidneys tho - try cranberry extract or lots of juice.
