Just interested on some of your experiences with muscle memory after long lay offs and also what is the idea or ideas behind it? After training so light for the last 3 months and missing weeks of chest or back work, my chest has really flattened out and strength seems at less the 50% for the reps. Does muscle memory work different for everyone? Im assuming it does. Im interested in getting my size and strength back, hopefully within the next few weeks or months...and not years. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!!
