ok guys need help...
this is what I normally eat...
1st meal: breakfast: full bowl of oatmeal
2nd meal 2 cans of tuna
3rd meal: lunch: (left overs from dinner) I work a 9-5 job
4th meal: after getting home from work (preworkout meal): 2 cans of tuna or Egg whites or a Potatoe (nuked)
5th meal :dinner (which is usually rice & beans and some sort of meat: steak, chicken, or pork cooked in several different styles... only fried ones are chicken cutlets and steaks)
I also supplement with creatine/ glutamine... and sometimes
n-large...
so how should fix this up to optimize my intake of all the necessary vits/mins....
