How do you resist late-nite cravings

i can basically go all day with just downing protien shakes with afew meals

main meals or breakfast-1 cup of oatmeal with shake and other meal at nite
2 cans of green beans 1 can of diced tomatoes with green chiles and 2 chicken breast.

the problem is i'm a nite owl and come 1am to 3am i'm starving or atleast it feels that way and some nites i lose all will power and give in to foods that *uck your whole body up, such as sweets or popcorn and chips..

(i know some say "don't have it in the house" BUT i'v got a lil girl so not a option)

I normally eat no fat cottage cheese and drink some cold water. This usually
does the trick at filling me up when I am on an empty stomach at bedtime.
 
thats a tough one bro..
i'm just after 40g on uncessary carbs myself.. and its almost bedtime.
 
i fill up before bed

most people think its a bad idea
but i have good luck with it

before bed i have 50g casein
1 slice flax bread
small bowl of salad

on days i dont i just have a slice of flax bread then hit the sack again.. carbs arent so much the enemy bro, just the high gi ones
 
normally i grab a fruit, or eat a small piece of bread (integral, i don't know what you call it in english... it's full of oats and stuff inside... and it's brown!) with some cottage. that really does the trick for me... oh! and a glass of juice will help also. i'm a juice 'aholic... (JUICE=FRUIT JUICE! huaahhua, not anabolics!)

can you imagine? i get myself a cup of winny before bed time! huahuahuahu!
