How do you guys eat for mass, be honest.

How do you eat for mass

I try to keep it clean.....I eat about a half a box of cereal in the morning...I like the Total because of it's daily vitamins, then either some chicken(whole chicken breast), pasta for lunch or a turkey sandwich with cheese and lettuce with some chips. For dinner right now I always eat 1 or 2 whole chicken breast. when I am watching my weight (summer time) I eat my last meal no later then 6:00pm

Once I start my cycle my daily meals will look something like this:

6:30am......half/box of total cereal

8:30am......Protein shake

9:30am......1 or 2 hard boiled eggs

10:30am....Protein shake

12:30pm....2 whole chicken breast or 2 sirloin tips or 1/2lb to 1lb Haddock and a veggie I like spinach/corn/peas/green beans...

2:00pm......protein shake ( chicken is always boneless/skinless )

3:00pm......1 or 2 hard boiled eggs

4:00pm......protein shake

4:45pm......1 whole chicken breast

7:30pm......1 or 2 whole chicken breast or 2 sirloin tips or 1/2lb to 1lb Haddock and a veggie I like spinach/corn/peas/green beans...

Very High in protein mainly because of the deca and cytomel in my cycle both are dependent on the amount of protein your body consumes....If your not taking enough in then they will feed off the muscle's protein therefore defeating the whole reason for doing the cycle...as far as carbs I figure the protein shakes as well as what's already in the food I will be consuming will take care of that...
 
I eat fairly clean while on a bulk cycle, although my caloric intake is much higher. But when I'm at home my overall food intake is pretty clean, consisting of a shitload of oatmeal, rice and sweet potatoes as my staple carb sources and more than 2x my weight in protein grams, consisting of red meat, liver, eggs, fish and such, although I hardly ever consume chicken cause I go against everything it stands for. Toal blandness, although I do like chicken livers and gizzrds...lol. I also take in a fair amount of flax oil and peanut butter on occasion. But I love nothing more in life than to eat fine haute cuisine and authentic ethnic food, so when I go out, especially during a bulk cycle, I eat whatever the hell I want and I also definitely eat out more often during bulking ,like 3 or 4 dinners a week. As long as I get sufficient protein when I'm at a restaurant, everything else is fair game. I mean, what the hell is the point of going out to eat if you have all these strict dietary guidelines. But I never eat cheap American junk food like potato chips and candy bars or even fast food, cause I'd rather have exotic culinary delicacies and exquisite pastry's and desserts at an expensive restaurant instead of that junk you get at the grocery store or fast food joint. :p

Last night I went to Longhorns steak house with some guy's from the gym..I had a 160z prime rib, Sweet Potato, a salad, and Sauteed onions and mushrooms...Yeeehaaa:o
 
I eat as clean as passable with foods like Tuna(I hate it) Chicken, Fish, Red meats, Rice, Oatmeal, Egg whites, Protein shakes, Designer protein bars, Vegetables, Potatoes. Those are examples of what I will eat when I am trying to bulk but also eat clean, I very rarely eat any fast food.

i hate fast food too, i get a lot of calories from shakes, prob around 1500 a day.
 
Hey guy's......does this happen to you?

I don't eat fast food very often..but when I do..It only takes about an hour sometimes less before I'm headed for the shitta to drop some kids off at the pool...

Shit go's right threw me... :sick:
 
I just eat as much as I can. I try to eat clean be its kindda hard something. As long as I get my 5000 cal and my 275 g of protein Im ok
 
one thing i dont eat is tuna, it has so much sodium that it will make you bloat up beyond recognition

as far as everything else, i eat lots of steaks, chicken, eggs, pancakes(every morning), potatoes, ice cream, oatmeal, cream of wheat, burgers. whatever it takes to get those 6000 cals in. one thing i do have is a fast metabolism so i tend to stay somewhat lean
