I try to eat as clean as possible even when bulking, which is probably why I don't put on as much mass as I should.

However don't want to turn into a fat B*****d either.

It's really hard to eat 4000 cals of clean food let alone the 6000 cals of clean food that some of the Pro's would have you believe they eat.

Clean high fibre foods tend to be very hard to digest.

I've talked to Vince Taylor and he told me he has a really shitty appetite. Off season he said to me he will go into Micky D's and order 4 Big Macks but can only eat 2.

So yes the pro's eat junk food to bulk up.

Vince is one of the only 100% genuine bodybuilders that I have every talked to. Most of the rest will just fill your head full of shit.
 
On the move a lot - in hotels and stuff...so I eat 2 big meals a day with 5 - 6 shakes at strtegic times.:p

I try to get the most bang for the buck when I eat. My problem is I stay full all the time and don't get enough calories. I do get enough protein with my meal replacements. I eat lots of tuna, skinless chicken, canned chicken and eggs.
 
Bro, try to throw away those shity MRP's, and use Weight Gainers although less Protein, they put on the cals you burn during yar work
 
6 - 10 Times a day (shakes included) and a total of between 5-8000 calories depending on what kind of mood I am in. This is a true bulking cycle. If I am trying to lean up then 3500 cals and very high protein diet.
 
For mass anything I can get my hands on, I've found for me there is no way to eat clean and get the cals I need to bulk, so I fucking eat everything and anything I can.It gets old quick....
 
eat clean meals 7 times a day.... 8am, 10:30am - 1pm, 3:30pm - 6pm, hit the gym, eat again....... with a couple, 2-3 shakes in there somewhere..... god i love to eat.
 
I am still a natural guy and for me, I have found that I make my best gains when I bulk up and get heavy nice and slowly. Right now I am clean as I was saying and am at my heaviest of 240 lbs. I am shooting for about 260 (in the next year) before I start cutting again. Anyway I take in about 4 shakes a day(cause I don't have time to take breaks at work...so I use the shakes) . Each shake consists of two scoops of whey, 2 cups of milk, some choclate flavoring, 2 cups of cheerios or oats, and 4 to 6 eggs (a combo of whites and yolks). Then I eat two regular food meals when I come home consisting of waffles, peanut butter, bread, eggs and tuna or chili and sometimes will grab some fast food like KFC or Mcdonald's as well. When I am bulking I am not overly concerned about my food sources as long as my protein is on track then I add anything else I want. I hit between 4000 and 6000 cals a day.
