how do you dress for work?

depends. . .on a normal day, khakis and and a button down oxford or polo shirt (depends on the season). . .if i have an important meeting or i have to testify in court, i wear a suit, tie and wingtips. . .weekends, jeans and t-shirt or shorts and t-shirt (depends on the season).

Business casual 90% of the time unless I am forced to network and meet people in the public then I throw on the jacket and tie. I hate formal wear.

I'm pretty lucky - we have a casual environment, as my CEO isn't for monkey suits really. I'll probably wear jeans, a long sleeve shirt or sweater today. If we have prospective clients in doing due diligence or for a software demo then I'm in black slacks, heels, and button up - I'm not a fan of colors, so you usually just a white (sometimes blue) shirt.
