tirzepatide not doing enough yet

I'm two weeks into Tirzepatide. I don't feel like it's doing enough yet and I'm doing 2 mg a week. Do you have any advice in terms of dosing? Should I start increasing the dosage or what do you think I should do from here? I think I've lost about three or four pounds. I'm expecting to lose more.

tirz should be 2.5 start to 7.5mgs bro

Give it another week and then increase by .5
I found 2mg blunted my appetite a lot.

Starting dose generally 2.5mg but dose take a few weeks to settle in
