i dont know if i ever do site injections they must hurt like shit,, anyway for waht ever is worth ,, i cid a cycle a while back and i was working out like 5 days a week ,,and i notice i was not growing much just getting harder and had more endurence,, then mid cycle i change the rutine to hight intensite training and i grew like a tree,, just working out 3 times a week for about 40 min each,, call me lazy but it work for me ,, try it a few weeks,, u cant go out an do colemans work out and chances are u wont grow remember those fukers take alot of drugs ,,HIT,, worked for me .
