How do I add green tea to the protein shake?

I though of adding some green tea to my protein shakes, since this tea is so good for health and for mental activity. How do you think I should do this? Get some green tea supplement, or just throw the tea leafs into the protein shake when making it?
 
Well, if you are not taking it for any particular reason – just for overall health, you should be well off with the tea. However, just throwing the tea leaves like that will make no difference. What you need to do, is to boil a strong infusion with these tea leafs, and add it to the protein shake. If you will get high quality green tea, you will also get a nice taste.
 
You need to steep the green tea for the active ingredients in the tea to be released.

Either make hot green tea and stir your protein powder into it or make a a cup of green tea, let it cool and use that instead of water to mix your protein shake.
