So as u guys know I have been having trouble with the primo I have been running. I've been getting serious pip (which is expected) and I also get these red, hot swollen spot below the area that I pin.

But last Sunday, I pinned my left delt and took an allergy pill. I thought this cured the red swelling but it seem to just delay it. Now it the worst it's ever been.....

My delt is not red and swollen but my whole upper arm into my elbow is all red and hot and really swollen. It's the worst it's ever been. And now it been 4 days. The pain is going away but it's still red and hot and swollen.

Has anyone had this happen before. I worried and wanna know if there is any thing I can do to help this.

Thanks guys and yea I'm done running this shit.

Yea I hear u bro... But I wanted to give it one more shot with the allergy pill. Like u suggested. I'm def done with this shit and I will be telling my source.

I'm just asking if anyone thinks do I have a serious problem on my hands or will it just go away like every other time.

If I had an infection. The delt would be all red and swollen? But for me it's below the delt and into the upper arm and elbow. Although my delt is still sore and swollen but that's expected

If it is swollen and hit to the touch and red it is infected. The cellulitous infection will continue to get worse and form into an abcess if not treated immidiatley! This is no joke. Do not think an allergy pill will help with this. Go see a freaking doctor before it is too late and it ends up being mersa.......that shit is no joke......please please please do not delay this any longer.

I've had limbs swell up like crazy before, deep red, hot to the touch... and it just sorted itself out within a week, I sincerely hope you have the same experience, its not necessarily an infection but that is a possibility... If it doesn't improve in a few days I'd head to the docs...
