This dude wanted to punch me in a nightclub a few months back. I grabbed his wrists and held him. The look on his face was one of surprise and fright as he couldn't shake loose to throw a blow. I thought about knocking him out but I let him go. I'm not violent. You need your arms to fight. Take them away from somebody and they can't do shit.

I remember watching a video of a pro soccer player who head butted another guy who was also taller than him, and man did he totally fuck the guy's face up. They were standing close to each other and bam like a cobra the guy head butted the other guy. Probably worse than any punch I've seen. You never know who you are up against. Alot of savage animals out there.

looks like sticky hands and you also get that fast from working the wing chung dummy. bruce lee had his built out of metal because he was so fast and strong that the wooden ones would often break on him. in fact he had it cemented into the basement of his house and when he was using it, you could tell because he literally shook the house because it was cemented into the foundation of the house.

also watch out for the ankle bitting, ankle stomps, groin kills, spitting in the eye, fuji dust, or the backward flip and getting kicked in the chin or even worse the friend that comes out of nowhere and hits you ever the head with a bottle.

I see these Wing Chun guys in the park with their mats all laid out doing their sticky hands and chain punch routines with each other. Looks great for show but about as useful as a rubber fork in real life situations.
