if you are off then you should be doing 1 pump per day. If your chest is feeling tender its likely due to something other than estrogen.

what was your cycle? are you taking any other drugs (sleep aids, anything)

letro alone would help...you dont need to take nolva along side it but you do need to use nolva when you are coming off letro because of a rebound effect you'll get from letro...i imagine you can get a rebound effect from AIFM... In anycase it's good to have nolva on hand to take after any kind of AI

there is no rebound effect with suicidal inhibitors, only with competitive inhibitors.

but if you go on letro have nolva on hand for afterwards

or you can run a short course of AIFM or aromasin.

lifter486 you have been off for three months, is there any particular reason that you were running the AIFM so high? Havent you noticed any sides from such a high dose?

no i didn not experience any sides at all. i have been drinking a little more than usual and occassionaly taking vicodin to help back pain-but not together.

ok. thats just a pretty high dose, off cycle that dosage could definitely cause joint and libido issues from too much estrogen suppression

you may just have pretty high natural aromatase and/or you produce a generally high amount of estrone (which AIFM does not block as much)-- it strongly inhibits estradiol production, less so with estrone (arimidex is the exact opposite), letro suppresses both to the point of near nullity.

I have been using PnP Letro for awhile and I think the quality has declined. Any ideas on a better brand of Letro?
