high repetition training and super setting

I’ve been reading some articles about doing High repetition training and super setting
wondering how I can incorporate this into my training
would I add it into my training exclusively and do every session like that or is it something you should just add on to the end of your training maybe the last four or five sets
I do this all the time. last 3-4 sets I hit high reps 15-20 reps and lots of drop sets as well. Hit 15 reps then drop weight hit 12 more reps no rest

I like that approach as well

I’ve experimented with high-rep training and supersets, and I found they can really boost your workouts. Personally, I like to incorporate them as a finisher after my main lifts. It’s a great way to push through that last bit of fatigue and really burn out the muscles.

For example, I often do a heavy lifting session and then add some boot camp exercises to finish up. I’ll pair a compound move with a lighter weight exercise for supersets—like squats followed by jump squats. It keeps things interesting and helps with endurance.
