im gonna try a new diet basically low fat around 40- 70grams and eat as many carbs as i want prolly around 700maybe more and 220 grams of protien. but my training will be vicscous to say the least. i do a full bodyworkout one day for 2 and a half hours then the next day i run/jog/walk 8 miles. i alternate from day to day 7 days a week. im not gonna worry about carb intake ill just keep my fat low. im already into about a half a week training like this ive probably been getting abou800 carbs and getting stronger on lifts gained 10 pounds on all lifts this week gained a bit of fat and alot of water weight. my calves have definitly gotten bigger this week. im always hungry training like this too im burning so much fuel not to mention i do construction work. i beleive this diet and training will give me ultimate cardio vascular endurance and ultimate muscular size. im already pretty damn big to be natural im so freakin happy i gained this much strength in one week. its defintily from the massive amount of carbs. i think the jogging helps deplete the carbs so they can take in a shitload more carbs each time i eat. i dunno but its working ...so far... im still training at my usuall 3 reps... my 3 rep thing will NEVER change i think thats the ultimate rep range to get bigger and stronger without overtraining
