high calories and shitload of training

im gonna try a new diet basically low fat around 40- 70grams and eat as many carbs as i want prolly around 700maybe more and 220 grams of protien. but my training will be vicscous to say the least. i do a full bodyworkout one day for 2 and a half hours then the next day i run/jog/walk 8 miles. i alternate from day to day 7 days a week. im not gonna worry about carb intake ill just keep my fat low. im already into about a half a week training like this ive probably been getting abou800 carbs and getting stronger on lifts gained 10 pounds on all lifts this week gained a bit of fat and alot of water weight. my calves have definitly gotten bigger this week. im always hungry training like this too im burning so much fuel not to mention i do construction work. i beleive this diet and training will give me ultimate cardio vascular endurance and ultimate muscular size. im already pretty damn big to be natural im so freakin happy i gained this much strength in one week. its defintily from the massive amount of carbs. i think the jogging helps deplete the carbs so they can take in a shitload more carbs each time i eat. i dunno but its working ...so far... im still training at my usuall 3 reps... my 3 rep thing will NEVER change i think thats the ultimate rep range to get bigger and stronger without overtraining
 
Looks good nclifter6feet6. Keep us posted. I am a small guy and I just started this similar thing. I am using Cornholios Old School WO though. We will see how it goes. I am hoping for similar results to the others that have done it.

I did my 1st wo on the program a couple of hours ago and I cannot stop eating. I figured I will be at 3300 cals for today, 40/33/27 %'s c/p/f, but all good fats PB and flax. I am 160lbs so that is a lot for me considering I just finished with my fat loss diet of 1900 cals a day.

Just to back up what you're doing, know that I followed a diet almost exactly like that (basically 225p, 650c, 85f) for a month and a half in Winter and gained about 10 - 12 lbs. in 6 weeks. I did no jogging or sonstruction work, and most of the gain was still muscle. I never knew I could eat that much (some days I'd hit like 300p, 900c, 125f). I slept great and had high evergy levels. it was great. I was doing higher volume (GVT) at the time than you use, but I think the lower reps are even more effective. I wouldn't worry about much if any fat gain.
 
thanks for the motivation bro's.

i would just rather train like hell and spend less time watching tv or being on the internet wasting time when i could be training. im not doing this because i cant stick to a diet though. i would rather eat as much as i like and just train harder. my body is adapting to this type of routine. which is a very hardcore routine in my opinon 2 and a half hour fullbody workout one day at 3 reps a set...next day do 8 mile jog/run/walk. now off to my 8 mile run later yallllll

Hi what do you eat to get so many carbs without fat??

Can you tell me some ideas to eat good source carbs please..

I also need more detailed workouts anyone know where can I find them Im totally overtraining

there are tons of clean carb out there....

TO name a few...

Rice, Bread, Potato, Cream of Wheat, Pasta...
 
To tell you the truth all your training methods have sounded like shit - and this is no exception. I don't think most people would benefit from this kind of training and would overtrain very fast. HOWEVER, if it works for you then it's all good.
 
i dont train like this...this was an experiment. you live and learn. trial and error. but im very happy where im at now just over 7 percent bodyfat at 6feet6 238 natural
