HGH/ whats best way?

Ok, whats the best way to take hgh in reference to amounts? I have researched and found 2ius eod is proper dosage. I also read where 2iu's eod would be overkill since the body can only utilize so microamounts. That you would be wasting it! Is this true? Any info would be appreciated.

Minimum 4iu/day for atleast 12 weeks, in a 5 day on 2 day off fashion. Wait for MOD and Ironmaster to see this, they are the experts.
