Hey Guys Lookin To Lose My Belly

okay i think your eating too much... do you measure or weigh your foods?

morning
2 eggs 2 scoops musclemilk and a bowl of oatmeal

afternoon
chicken sandwich on whole wheat with cheese lettuce

some beef jerky and a protein shake

Dinner

i will have probably a salmon filet with rice or something and some cottage cheese


Before bed

Prob another protein shake

no whey right before bed, digests too quickly. shake needs to be casein, or just eat some nf cottage cheese. muscle milk has good fats in it, but you sould probably try to eat the good fats, more filling. most people i know have only used muscle milk when they are trying to bulk

i also eat whole wheat pasta when is a good time for that. during the day?
 
For some reason it's tougher for men to lose their belly.
Clean diet and cardio is really all we can do. Also, no beer! Are you a beer drinker?
 
stay away from simple carbs (cept 1st am meal, and pre/post workout)

stay away from high fructose corn syrup at all times - creates VAT (visceral adipose tissue)

anavar has studies showing it preferentially burns visceral and abdominal fat - I saw my abs for the 1st time on a var cycle lol

Yohimburn ES is GREAT for love handles (not as good for center belly fat)
 
woot, as others have said, no exercise is going to make you lose your belly, only losing fat will. I can give you some ab and oblique exercises to do, but if you build muscle, it will still be covered with a layer of fat until you diet down.
 
also, center belly fat is cortisol-mediated (the stress hormone). anything that reduces cortisol levels will tend to help reduce center belly fat all other things being equal.

supps include glutamine (best), bcaa's (if dieting), Vit C megadoses, phosphatidylserne (sp?) - all reduce cortisol levels
