woot, as others have said, no exercise is going to make you lose your belly, only losing fat will. I can give you some ab and oblique exercises to do, but if you build muscle, it will still be covered with a layer of fat until you diet down.
also, center belly fat is cortisol-mediated (the stress hormone). anything that reduces cortisol levels will tend to help reduce center belly fat all other things being equal.
supps include glutamine (best), bcaa's (if dieting), Vit C megadoses, phosphatidylserne (sp?) - all reduce cortisol levels
