Hello everyone,i'm goingb to be starting my second aas cycle in a couple weeks,but i'm having prblems structuring my routine with limited stuff.I have a rack,bars,dbells,plenty of plates,trap bar,dip stand and hip belt squat belt.I have past injuries which keep me from back squatting and deadlifting off the floor.I do the deadlifts from knee height with a wide grip which has improved my back tremendously.I can also front squat and hip belt squat.
I want to get my arms to 18" this cycle if possible.I usually train with lower reps3-5,lifting for 6 years done one aas cycle with great success.Lifts...
Bench 268x3,front squat 305x5,wide grip partial deadlift 445x5,Military press 178x3,Close grip bench 258x3.I'm 31 6'1 250 endomorph.I'm on trt (androgel)so i have no pct other than hcg for nuts and start androgel.Can you help a bro out?Here is what i was thinking..
