Hey it's Fe3, i's good to be back. I see alot haschangedthough.
Anyhow, i dont if it's the weather here in Michign or that it gets dark t 5:30 but i have totally los motivation to train. I used to be int he gym twice a day 6 days a week, then allof a sudden, i am constanly tired and stuff.Does anyone have any ides what can give me a kicke start? all cmments welcome.

thanks guys

Overtraining? Bored? Twice a day, 6 days a week seems like an awful lot of time in the gym.....when do you recuperate? Maybe you just need to cut back and keep it simple.

If you were training 2 times a day 6 days a week my guess would be that you are overtrainig. There is something to be said for taking a week or two off now and again. As Nuatica said if you just came off it could be the post cycle crash as well.

I dont know what your plans are as fare as if you are running a cycle, have run a cycle, or what but what i would have to say is try some regulare supplements. get a ephedrin based product such as hydroxycut or something along those line. (that is if you want a no juice kick) i used to do that when i wanted a kick at the gym and i used to get hipper. it made my work outs more efficent. I mean try it and see. its not the juice but it will give you a energy kick.

If you did just come off gear, you need to jumpstart your natural hormones.

Even if you didn't, you may want to try some pro-hormones (you can get them here) to get a little more motivation.

Also, seasonal affective disorder (SAD) is common in the northern hemisphere. Too little light. Not a long enough day. You may need light therapy. Search some therapy lights out on the web. I'm not sure if they need to be full spectrum or just bright to work. Most people in OR/WA use them in the morning.

The guys are probably right about the overtraining. You may need to cut back, rest and eat.

I find that I need lots of sleep, good food intake, only a 3 day/week routine (1 hour intense workouts) and some good coffee (occassional ephedrine) and I can stay motivated in the winter.
