Yeah Carth I remember you were quite the dikface, its cool that you can look back and see that, but under that I knew you were a decent dude. Anyway now my question for you, I know you were on consistently for a long time, how long did it take you to normalize, what protocol did you use ? How are you workouts now being that your natural?
