Stat's before your started this one? And why no aromatase inihibitor to help w/ bf loss? I assuming you dieted the whole 18 weeks and know you can cut on any drug if your diets right, but why the change from EQ to Deca part way through? What has your diet been like the whole way through? Wow lots of questions! Availibilitywas an issue and funds were too. (I was divorced as of Dec.!) That is what I aquired so that is what I used. As for the EQ, Deca switch. I get a faster response off the EQ so I started with it. I wanted the deca second since it would taper slower and give me a total higher blood consentration but be out in time so no water retetion could take place. I did use Nolva througout the cycle but could not afford any Aramidex. I tend to do very low carb high protein moderate fat diets with two carb loads per week. my diet look like this now:
Meal #1
8 oz. 92% lean beef, chicken breast or turkey breast
3 egg whites, 1 yolk
½ grapefruit
Meal #2
Protein Drink: 2 scoops Ultra Size,2 scoops Muscle Provider 2 TBS Heavy Cream,
Meal #3
8 ounces chicken (weighed prior to cooking) about 2 chicken breasts
4 cups salad (lettuce, tomato, carrot, cucumber, green peppers, etc.) or 2
cups green beans
2 TBL Cider Vinegar and 1 TBS Sunflower Oil (or other vegetable oil) for a
dressing
Meal #4
Protein Drink: 2 scoops Ultra Size 2 scoops Muscle Provider
Meal #5
8 oz chicken breast, turkey breast or very lean beef (filet would be ideal)
2 cups green leafy vegetables or salad
Monday and Thursday: In place of your normal sixth meal: 1.5 cups oatmeal
(precooked) or cooked rice, 10 oz. sweet potato, 6 oz. banana, 1 cup
vegetables, 1 TBS sesame oil at the end of the day - no supplements with
this meal
Supplements:
Super Pak w/ 1st meal
6 - Ultra 40 w/ every meal
6 Mass Amino w/ every meal
3 - Lean Out, 2 Energy Reserve 3 GH Factor with thermogenic - three times daily on an
empty stomach
4 Mass + 3 Muscularity with every meal
