help this fat dude with a split, HIIT, arms day..

this program IS getting my lifts up

my squat is now 315
bench 245
overhead 175

all 3x5

im afraid i had to reset my deadlift though
i just wanted to hit that 400 so bad i was adding 20 and 20 and even 30 one time..

now i think im going to reset all the way back to like 335 =(
start doing one set of five instead of five sets of one

after doing chins on fri and mon, today
i tried reverse barbell curls
you know, hands prone.
helped my forearm swell nice

but 10mins later its gone!
