If you do go to trial, it will be the postal inspector's word against nobody's because your lawyer will not, cannot, allow you to go onto the stand and perjure yourself.

Most of the cases in which people are convicted with fake shit are when they are trying to sell the fakes. Possession of fake shit is not a crime. But, if you attempt to purchase illegal things, you need not actually be sold them to be charged. Merely attempting to buy illegal drugs is a crime once the money changes hands and the attempt is perfected.

not too long ago there was a story of a guy that got caught with like 20-30 dbol and was charged with distibution. fucked up to say the least

T-Biggs, I let them search my house on something entirely different. A friend of mine went into a coma from GHB and they thought I was making the shit in a lab in my house. I knew they would find my gear so, like an idiot, I told them about it and let them search my house with hopes I would not get screwed on the GHB thing. They were putting heat on me too. Telling me my buddy was going to die and they were going to charge me with murder. I will tell you this much... Get a lawyer, it sounds as if the chain of custody concerning the shipment will not indict you in a crime, considering you are not the one who received and opened it. I am not quite sure of the legalities, but I don't think should you say anything until you get legal counsel.
