Help please why am I so weak now?

exactly. if on an exercise such as inclines im get stuck at say 225 for 5, but i want to get 8. i say fuck it and do 2 work sets of 5. then 230 the next week for 5 and so on. when you come back to 225 for 8 it will feel like nothing.

Hey assertive guy, you have plateaud for 6 years on 5*5. I heard that 5*5 will make you reach your genetic limit very fast so that might be the reason?

My plan is just to stick to the 5*5 for the first two sets and then go for 2*8 and 2*15 so that I hit all the different muscle fibres at once and get a pump. This way there can be no reason for me not to grow!!! Im gonna do this for a few months and if there's no change Im going AS because I've had enough!!!

I'd advise trying something differnt for you. YOuve done high and low reps, so why not concentrate on the 8-10 rep range for a while and adapt your rep speed. Im thinking for me, fast reps for 2*5 and slower the more reps I do progressivelyu aiming for a bigger pump the more reps Im doing.
 
Well, I do my inclines with a 2 second pause at the bottom. From the top to the bottom, about a 2 second negative. Pause 2 second. Then with a super explosion I push it up in 0.0001 milisecond. hehehe.
