help on gettin cutting

im at 10.8%bf. My diet is better than okay i try to eat high protein low carbs , but i'm spanish so rice and beans "cant help it" run almost everyday and also i'm on clen but yet my midsection isnt get ripped like the rest of my body. just wondering is there any fatburners that arent ilegal i can use.
 
I'm actually at 16% bf, and my abdominals pop out and have a V shaped defined girdle; some how. I just do a ton of various ab excersizes, a lot of resistance excersizes as well. Thats all you should have to do with a 10.8%.

And clen has only seemed to help cut and shed the fat from my limbs. I lost all the fat off my shoulders to forearms, and can even see the veins in my thighs and calves.
 
couldd be estrogenic fat. Do you also hold fat around the lower chest area? If so, try adding an Anti-E....
 
play with your carb intake..run hi carb(sweet potato, dry oats) couple of days followed by 0 carbs for day or two then back to carbs...this worked well for me
 
"Can't help it" isn't good enough. Half of getting what you want is knowing what you have to give up to get it. If it were easy everyone would be doing it.
