Help me!!!

ok..so for the last few weeks i've felt kinda crappy..achy joints, tired, kinda nauseated sometimes..my strength is still good but i just feel "shot" most of the time.

i've had quite a bit of bloodwork done..my doc adjusted my hrt dose (200mg every 10 days instead of every 14 days) because my levels had tapered off a bit from prior tests..other than my test level, everything else was good, except my muscle enzymes were a bit elevated in the one round of tests (probably due to a rather heavy leg and shoulder workout the night before).

i sweat A LOT when i work out this time of year..it's normal for me to drop 5 lbs of water during a typical work out during the summer..i think part of my problem maybe that i am not able to put back all the water, minerals, etc that i lose when i work out and, over a period of time, i start to run in to problems because of the deficit.

i want to get back on track, but i'm not sure what to do..any suggestions?

I take a LOT of vitamins and what-not each day (as recommended and supervised by my doc)..i can provide a list if anyone is interested.

HGH ngr, trust me.

What are your vitamins and when do you take them?

You don't need B12 injections unless there's something seriously wrong with you or your guts. Try the sprayable version, Kal sells it, it's like $5.00 a bottle, you can get it at Walmart or most vitamin stores, and works like a charm for 90% of people. The tablets you put under your tongue are shitty.

What's your diet like?

One, try a new multivitamin. Don't take the same brand/style/variety all the time, mix it up, don't take anything that is a super high RDA. Frankly, think of a multi vitamin as something that fills in the missing spots in your diet.

Okay, take this test, let me know what the results are.

Wild Rose College and Wholistic Clinic

Frankly, I bet you just need to lay off the high protein and add raw veggies and fruit to your diet, but best to eliminate the obvious one first. In fact, I'll bet you eat about the same 10 or so foods day in and day out and you have been for some time.

Fuck all this bullshit ngr, get some fucking HGH.

i actually eat a significant amount of vegetables everyday...some raw...some not...and a fair amount of low-glycemic fruits.

thanks...i figured i was going to have to tweak my diet a bit.

Systemic candida is quite uncommon in men. I've had women take that test and score nearly 200 and they're miserable with these crappy health problems that nothing really fixes, but they won't try the cure because it's fucking miserable. You really can't take drugs for it, you have to starve the shit out and the diet is limited and a complete bore (no sugar, no carbs, no starchy veggies, no grains, nothing fermented, nothing made from or with mushrooms, ditto peanuts, no alcohol). You can't cheat, not even one meal, you get the same problem as taking half the course of antibiotics for an illness, only some of the bugs get killed and those that survive are stronger. It's only three months but it's a major drag. However, it can turn your life around if that's the problem.

did you check estogen/estradiol levels?

yeah...they've taken about 15 vials of blood from me the last couple of weeks and ran all sorts of tests (including hormonal stuff)...i didn't notice igf though...i might mention that to him when he gets my latest barrage of results back.

like i said, he adjusted my hrt dose and he mentioned that my muscle enzymes were a bit high (so he ran some more tests on that issue)...but everything else was pretty much excellent...especially considering my age.

oh, and like i said above, even though i'm fatigued, i'm not feeling "weak"...my strength and cardio-vascular endurance are actually pretty good right now...in fact, i probably feel my best (during any given day) when i'm warmed up and working out...it's just the rest of the day that i feel like shit.

this is prob pretty obv but did your doc check your thyroid hormone levels?

yup..normal.

i think it may have something to do with the fact that i sweat like a bastard everytime i work out (like 5 pounds is pretty normal during the summer months) and i'm just not putting back everything i lose and over a period of weeks, the cumulative effect is not good.

How do I know if I have it?

At 111 I don't think you do but if you have reason to want to test further then take the "oral" exam :lmao: (seriously, it's a saliva test you can do at home, it's free):

Candida Test

My caveate, make sure the water is PURE, either distilled or EXTREMELY well filtered, not fresh from the tap with chlorine. Follow the directions explicitly. Make sure you brush your teeth and rinse your mouth with CLEAR water very, very well BEFORE bed but don't put anything in your mouth, other than plain water, after brushing your teeth until you do the test the next morning.

you're old dude. you can't go on forever without aches and pains. despite how good you take care of yourself, your body is going to break down at some point. the fact that you've had multiple tests run and nothing has come back out of whack seems to further prove that point. maybe just take a few days off and see how things change.

electrolyte / potassium levels will be part of the blood work and you'll
figure that out pretty quick .

do you think you're overtraining? although strength is still good, you could
be overtraining. check frequency, volume and intensity.

stress is another factor to consider. elevated cortisol levels will make you
feel like warmed over ass and it can be debilitating.

MM knows her vitamins and holistic stuff and that might be a good place to start. either way, i hope you get to the bottom of it brutha and start feelin'
better. btw, SB aint kiddin about the HGH. you and i are the same age. i've
been on HGH treatment for 13 months and it's amazing. test + HGH is
the bomb for guys our age. when you get this cleared up you should look
into it. you can PM me and i'll give you the name of my doc. he's an ex pro
bodybuilder and jay cutlers wife works for him as a massage therapist lol!
you have to see him face to face for initial treatment, then you do phone
or video conferencing once every 3 months from there on out. he mails
meds from compound pharmacy as well. ( plus it's a good excuse to go
to vegas.)

let your wife get some rest once in a while. Hell boy, you ain't 21 anymore! All your T goes right out through your P.... :-)

lol..unfortunately, this isn't just my normal, 45 year old, aches and pains..it's different..plus there's the whole fatigue and nausea thing that aren't symptoms of the aging process.

and, i have modified my activities..every couple of years (sometimes more often) since i turned 30..aging is a fact of life and i'm aware of it and i work with it, rather than against it.

Take the B-12 injections if your run down,It worked for me. I know reputable company that sells it. It's real legit. You inject every day for the first week then only twice a week after that because it's timed released. The B-12 the Doc is going give you is gonna have to be injected everyday, plus it's not nearly as strong. PM me if you want the site.
