help with no energy during workouts

I’m looking to get more energy during my workouts. At this time, I definitely feel the effects of being overworked. I’m currently working 12-hour shifts. It’s also very hard for me to take a day off of work to go work out. So when I do work out I have to mix in the work with the training. What can I take to help with this?

Make sure your nutrition is on point. Supplements will only go so far. If you don't eat good pre-workout, you will suffer.
