help me set up some extra workouts for my weakpoints

Hey guys, my current split is this

Sun
ME lower + events

Mon
ME upper (overhead press)

Wed
De lower

Friday
De upper speed bench


I would like to fit in some extra workout(s) for my hamstrings and triceps.

Any ideas on what i should do and when?
 
drag a sled tues. or saturday. for both tris or hamies.
Flip a tire.

I got my tire at school. The Strenght and conditioning unit got them for the players to work with for off season training occasionally. I intern for the strenght and conditioning coaches so they let me use it.
