It's nice to *see* some familiar faces. (I don't see too well) I hope everyone is well. I've taken some months off from training, as I have medical issues with my eyes.

I just came here to collect some money owed to me, so if you are one of those people who owe me, pay up!

I've just started back lifting weights this week. I've been committing the #1 sin in lifting weights, which is doing shoulders and arms ONLY. OMG! I never thought I would do that, ever. But here I am doing it. I feel that it's better than nothing at this point. I am being careful not to place too much pressure on my eye with the heavy compound movements. So, light arm stuff will have to do for now.

Oh yeah, my father died last week too. He stroked, hit his head, blood in the brain, and left us. He was fine for a little while at the hospital, the Dr. asked him while he was in the hospital bed... "What is your biggest complaint right now?". My father replied "MY WIFE IS TOO FAT!" LOL Seriously, that's what happened.

The apple doesn't fall too far from the tree.
