Helladrol and n2slin log!

Probably going to take today off from the gym, may do some cardio a little later. I'm happy with the cycle so far, still stuck at 190 however I feel leaner so I may be dropping bf% witch is never a bad thing.

I plan on a Deload my first week into pct, all of my joints are sore I'm getting pain in places I shouldn't be. I think it is best to stick to cardio only but after the first week ill be back n the gym. Should I leave my log up during pct?

I'm pretty excited for pct as a lot of people that ran my pct were still making prs and felt amazing so I'm curious on how good it will be.

I'm willing to replace the Mho poppers for clomid in pct as the blood work proves it boost blood significantly my only concern is that its labeled a pro hormone on mr supps but I have seen a few people recommend it during pct, we will see

I'm wanting to lean out as much as possible over the summer and hopefully run a dbol and test e cycle in the winter still thinking of possibilities, so it might change.
 
Did you get your cardio in? What did you do? Running outside in this Florida heat will get u sweating buckets. Lol

Thanks a lot everyone I will defiantly leave it up then and I do my cardio at my house in my room I bought a treadmill for that reason being Florida is just to hot lol I did fast paced for one mile this morning and then did another mile at night and I got an intense shin pump I had to stop
 
Alright today was leg day and I was pumped for it I'm starting a new program it's going to be a push, pull, legs routine

Hack squats super set with calf raises 135x10 185x10 185x10 185x10

Leg press 405x5 405x5 405x5 495x5 495x5

Standing leg curls 70x10 75x10 80x10 85x10

I plan on doing some cardio tonight, I hate cardio in the am on leg or back day. Right now Fl is pouring rain and lightening, we keep loosing power but it kicks back on we will see how it goes. Coming up on ending week 5! Still pretty happy so far
 
I was thinking about the Mho poppers and how there isn't to many logs or pct based reviews of it and I figured I will give it a go to help future buyers out. I am running a cycle in the winter time so I am not that worried about it, plus there is blood work proving its legit so I am confident in my change

Relating to the weather...yeah, I don't run or ride in the rain/lightning. It's too scary.
