Ah that was a typo! Thanks for catching it I was thinking I did 10 total in my mind I did 315x5 for two sets but other than that yes I like high intensity, I love spending time at the gym and hate off days lol as most people
Yeah, I sometimes feel lost if I'm taking a rest day. Even though I might need it we get used to being at the gym, u can feel guilty when taking a break. I guess that's not such a bad way to be, eh? Lol
My whole thing is I dont think rest days should be planned. You will know when you need a rest day.. Its just like planning to eat out to me, after a while it becomes to nature and i dont see why you would take a off day if you feel fine you dont need one.. I think they should just be there for when you actually need it
Thanks man I'm always cautious of it but I have been training like this for many years playing football and wresting in high school I was always in the gym training

Dips bw only to test my elbow 10 reps of 3 sets
Elbow didn't hurt at all so I plan on going hard on chest and tri next week, I am physically drained tho I plan on taking Sunday off and go back in the gym on Monday, I may try and do cardio in the am tho.
