Health From the Sun Total EFA vs. O3 Flax Oil vs. ?

Ok, for the last couple years I've been using Health From the Sun Total EFA liquid, even when I had to call DPS to special order it. I guess I thought it had the most of what I needed. Then I looked again today, and now I don't know what to order. Here are two links:

You'll notice a large price difference as well. So why in the hell have I been getting Total EFA, and what should I get next time?
