Hcg on the news

i lost 110 pounds in eight months on an eca stack, two hours of cardio a day plus weights. i started out weighing 326 pounds a year after i quit football, smoking two packs of cigarettes, drinking a case of beer a day and about four trips to mcdonalds. i still have MASSIVE stretch marks on my chest and stomach. I only ate two small meals a day, no protein, nothin. i passed out several times during those eight months and after i got to 215 i stayed that way until i hurt my shoulder real bad and got hooked on oxycontin. went right back to 320. my point is, 95 percent of people that lose weight FAST, always put it back on plus some. im 280 three years later but i look like i did when i weighed 215, just a bigger version, because i took my time with my diet and started eating like a bodybuilder. ive tried every rapid weight loss technique out there, been dissappointed every time
 
As others have said, this is old news, and the people doing it don't care about muscle, mainly because they aren't properly educated about how the human body works and why having lean muscle is important. Next we'll have the clen/ECA with 200 kcals a day diet. We'll have people passing out left and right, all in the name of losing a pound here and there.

Just look at that show The Biggest Loser. The majority of the contestants over the seasons have gained all their weight back. Why? They were tweaking out on clen/ECA/HCG, or whatever they had to take*. Most of those people don't care about being healthy, they just do whatever it takes to win that money. The only path to consistent, maintainable, and healthy low body fat % with lean muscle mass is proper diet, hitting on all main nutrient levels every day. People think a drug will work the miracles, well that's all BS. The person's consistency with their portion intake and their capacity to truly change their lifestyle works the miracles, the drugs just provide a little push to help out along the way.

* I'm not saying clen/ECA/HCG is necessarily unhealthy, but these people were taking an absurd amount of it and eating (drinking) nothing but chicken broth every day for a grand total of 100 kcals a day. That would probably kill most normal weight people. Literally their excessive fat stores probably kept them alive through that.

I posted up a thread about this last year I think it was. Good friend of mine did it with great success. It sounded like the HCG was to control his appetite.??? At least that's how he explained it to me.

However, he was fairly overweight and just wanted to shed the flab. Not a lifter or anything, just an average joe wanting to get back to a normal weight.

I'm doing it now and love it. I'm eating about 800 calories a day (150 grams of protein). I lost 12 pounds in 2 weeks and I'm ripped. No hunger which is amazing for me. I also am on a little Masteron. I feel like I'm in the best shape of my life. My gut is gone and I still feel strong in the gym. A buddy is doing it with me and he is at 17 pounds in 19 days.
