i lost 110 pounds in eight months on an eca stack, two hours of cardio a day plus weights. i started out weighing 326 pounds a year after i quit football, smoking two packs of cigarettes, drinking a case of beer a day and about four trips to mcdonalds. i still have MASSIVE stretch marks on my chest and stomach. I only ate two small meals a day, no protein, nothin. i passed out several times during those eight months and after i got to 215 i stayed that way until i hurt my shoulder real bad and got hooked on oxycontin. went right back to 320. my point is, 95 percent of people that lose weight FAST, always put it back on plus some. im 280 three years later but i look like i did when i weighed 215, just a bigger version, because i took my time with my diet and started eating like a bodybuilder. ive tried every rapid weight loss technique out there, been dissappointed every time
