So I'm watching the news last nite and they had a storry about the. "HCG" diet. Apparently people r using hcg in conjunction with a 500 cal a day diet to lose weight. Has anybody ever heard of this as a stand alone diet. Also wouldn't muscle also be lost on such a restricted diet or does the added test production counteract any muscle loss? I think this is a pretty shitty idea, what do u guys think?
Also if I am wrong and u can lose fat while maintaining muscle this would probobly be a cheaper alternative then the anavar only cycle for those who are only concerned with cutting not the extra strength gained from var. Wich by the way I still love and is counting the days until my next cycle.......
