definitely man. I get more looks lean then bulked up for sure. girls like abs and ripped guns.

not low carbs, but no simple sugars. All complex carbs from whole grains and what not. Pretty high protein and high fat, I love avocados, almonds, peanut butter, etc.

I can eat up to about 2500 cals and still maintain a deficit. Its a nice luxury. When i go below 3000 I feel hungry all the time though.

well, keep it up...I assume no fat-burners? I try to avoid them at all costs (e.g., caffeine, effedra).

I use caffeine a lot. Before every workout to give me a little boost.

When I am starting my spring cut, I use a lot of thermos. I was using all the AFstore stuff for a while. I think i can acheive the same results now on my own without it, but I believe it helped me before I knew exactly what to eat and what not to.

I did the same with ripped fuel for a few years, then I started jumping up in the middle of the night, I got off all that stuff ASAP. I didnt' want to end up like Smurfy...

lmao!! smurfy is all good with the stims.

it did fuck up my sleep, I couldn't take it after 2 in the afternoon or I could forget about sleeping at night!
