Have you ever had abs like this?

this was my abs, after a full day of eating sugar and drinking captians and coke, along with having wings and guiness! I have another pic somewhere that was taken a day before comp and they were more defined, may be in my gallery somewhere. p

use a lat spreader.

it hurts like a motherfucker before it kills you, but it will give you width like you never dreamed of.

I also did massiave amounts of crunches, sets of 50 for up to 200 per day. Weighted crunches. Plus some of that ab roller nonsense with the wheel (least effective in my opinion).


The wheel is good for core strength and will help build/ tone a bit, but it won't help you look good as much as crunches. It will help with strength more than crunches though.

Orb... there is one reason I work out: Girls.

If peeps are about strength, I am happy for them. I could care a less about it - as long as I can move lift a chic up high enough to drop her on my dick... I am golden. :)

So... for me... it's what it takes to make the girls drool. Plain and simple. If that means looking the an A&F boy... fine by me. Don't be hating when I show up to a party full of meat heads and all the fine ass girls want to see JH1s core.... and oooohhhhh and ahhhh over definition.

I see the haters in the corner... 10x stronger than me... I hear them whispering about how scrawny I am... how I don't really know iron. LOL... like I care, their girls think about me. The fact is... the majority of girls prefer a lean guy with great body over some overly developed muscle head. Argue away... I am right.

but seriously, I did better with serious core work, You would be amazed at what it does for you. No need to do umpteen sets of crunches tuts... Work that damn core and make it stronger!

I only did abs ever other week ... sometimes did it once a week, You can crunch all you want, that won't make those abs come out. Its your diet, the layer of fat that covers your abs. Everyone has them... most just don't even know they are there.

That being said, a solid core is a wonderful thing. I've found that the more I strengthen my core (no... not crunches... but weighted ab work) The more I can squat and shizzle... the less stress on my back.

Replace girls/her with guys/him and I agree.

Nothing worse than some fatty bozos who are too lazy to diet down and show what their gym efforts are all about. Why spend all that time in the gym if it doesn't show. Yeah, you might be strong. Big deal. That really comes in handy sometimes doesn't it? Fact is, you put me and some powerlifter in the same room and ask people who is stronger, they will always choose me simply because I look like I am. Only way he can prove different is to lug in a rack and barbells.
