I changed up my leg routine yesterday and did the Hammer Strength leg press instead of squats. It was a great workout and I got some intense isolation for my quads, but I also feel it in my glutes today. They are as sore and tight as hell! More so than when I do regular squats.
I also like the Hammer Strength lying leg curl. Those are awesome machines, I'm glad my gym bought them.
Does anyone else use these?
