Had a really good workout tonight. not tootin my own horn, just wanted to tell someone since I was excited and nobody here to tell. Chest and Tris tonight, and when I was done- everything was super full and pumped. Im of normal weight, but it looked like really nice in proportion and roundness. Then I ate a ton of sh*t- Good night all around. Anyone else have a good workout?
 
i had an ok workout. it was weird.

i started with bench, one rep away from completing my 5x5. last week i had it solid. hmmm. then on to dips- 10 pounds on my waist and it felt like childsplay today! what??? it was hard last week. my inclines just blew, i only go 3x5 out of 5x5. it just wasnt there, plus i was using 5 less pounds than last week. what the hell.

so i was feeling damn good about those dips. bench was cool, incline was not even there. i love great workouts though. good to hear you had an awesome one. i ate a ton of shit tonight too. mmmmmm, i lost 10 pounds last week and can eat all i want to gain it back. mmmmmm
 
is it hard to do 5x5 workouts- I always end up wanting to do more than 5 reps if I can- are you supposed to stop if you get 5 but feel you can do more- or more weight needed? Well, I can read up - just corn-fused- Sorry bout your weird workout but glad you ate a ton too- love FOOD-lol
 
if you use enough weight the 5x5 is hard. the first 3 sets or so i could crank out maybe 6 or 7 reps, but then i wouldnt be able to finish the last 2. sounds like you need to up the weight.

last night was squats, which i suck at, but i benched monday and thats always a good workout- 150 x 3, then 145 x 5 and 140 x 5 (don't laugh, i'm a girl).
