Bro, the pics you posted at top are not doing you any justice. Maybe it is just the way the pics are taken but it looks bad, in my opinion, not a flame just doesnt look like a good site. Now the before pics make you look like you used juice but the after, hell i dont know, I am still learning...

I'll be starting a cycle of Fina and Winny so hopefully that will get my BF% waydown.
I will post pics after the cycle.
I just hate to use Nolva during the cycle because I feel it hinders my gains.
I'm thinking about jumping back on the Proviron to help out with the gyno, What do you

I didn't read this whole thread before posting a reply but I assumed that you did exactly what you stated here. This is a big mistake. I know that people say that novs cut down on the effectiveness of your cycle but really think about it. Novs cut down on the water retention that estrogen brings, water retention that some mistake as gains because the scale goes up and strength increases. If this is true about novs cutting down the effectiveness of roids the effect is minimal at best. All bodybuilders use some type of anti-estrogen. If they didn't you would see all top bodybuilders wearing bras. I am really sorry that you got this wrong information but correct it now. You have bad gyno as it is, do not do any cycle without an anti-estrogen. What is it that you want, a great physique with tits the size of the local stripper? If you are worried about novs hindering gains get arimidex instead. It works differently and is not supposed to hinder gains at all. Proviron actually will effect the other steroids you use more then novs because it competes with other steroids for a limited number of receptors and proviron itself is a weak anabolic. Be smart, what good is a great physique if you are embarrassed to show it because your gyno is so bad?

but your BF% is way to high to realy tell for sure man start cutting as soon as possible and yes through in the Nolv before its to late, Oh by the way post your cycles and rest peroids between cycles, as an example of what not to do.

Sure looks like gyno to me. I can't believe that that is you in the before picture. I think you need to get off the steroids for now, because I honestly can't say they've done you any good. You need to diet. Get some T3 or clen or something, but stay away from the roids for now.

The expensive solution, to be used with caution:

HGH/Insuline/test combo

This is what elite bb use (remember Paul Dillet fainted on insuline?)

The HGH lowers your BF tremendously within one week
and lowers estrogen!


A training buddy of my who had done many cycles recommends novice users to stay away from TEST alone as long as possible, go for deca/primo or go straight for the HGH\insuline\test combo....

pgerardone, i have a question for you, when you took arimidex did you use it by itself or did you use other stuff with it. The reason i ask that is i was going to take arimidex by itself but i am being told it is not good to do that because i'll have high estrogen after i'm off it and i might develop gyno after i'm off it. i'd appreciate any info you have on this, thanx.

ok first of all...no that is not a really bad case of gyno. coming from someone whos been examined by a doc for the surgery, yours pales in comparison to mine. my doc begged me to not go through with the surgery as he saw it as unecessary because my case was so 'mild' but wtf does he know any he just a doc. july 21, i go under the knife =P. if i were you id cut up just like you said you would and examine it then. most likely just bf and water retention.
