Oh rice cakes new addition I havent had them in years. They may not make it in the basket. Oh and I usually dont by it but they have some eas on sale at costco so I was going to try it....

I like to keep Metamucil or Citrusel around. Nothing like a big ass dose of fiber to clean the pipes.
