Green Newbie Seeks Advice of Powerful

Hello Everybody,

I'm a 43 year old man who works out 4x a week. I begin at 5am and end at 6:20am. I alternate upper and lower body sets. Mon and Thurs are upper body, Tuesday and Friday are lower. I spend 20 minutes at the end of each workout doing cardo.

I have used L-glutamine and creatine and have seen some nice weight gain. But I am looking for more. I've been working out seriously since about 2001 and don't feel like I've been able to really break through. I want to get huge, but have no clue how to get what I need.

I am ready to go. I see a lot of good advice here, but can't really get going yet. I need some advice from all you. Can anybody help me?

you need to read the rules bro before you start asking people to "read between the lines" ....dont be suprised if you already got some emails from people "willing" to help...

Well there "Burt from Bakersfield" this is "Wayne from Muscle Land" welcome to the board. While some will disagree the most common answer you will get for size and strength for your first cycle is Test E for 10 weeks. The doses that are most commonly given for this duration are from 250 mg to 500 mg every week followed by PCT. (PCT is Post Cycle Therapy and can be read up on in the Post Cycle Therepy Forum PCT is just as, if not more important than the cycle itself so PLEASE know this before ever doing any cycle and have the items needed (such as Nolva) already on hand BEFORE you start your cycle) This is an injection cycle where you would probably have 2 injections per week (Mon and Thurs or Tues and Fri kind of thing). If you were doing 500 a week each injection would then be 250. This cycle is reccomended because of a few reasons. 1) it is a hormone already present in your body. 2) the cost is not bad. 3) It is easy to get. etc, etc. Diet is important as well so if you would like please post your typical day. You will need to most likely increase your caloric intake as you will need a lot of protein to help grow that new mucsle and for fuel. The general rule for protein is one gram of protein per lb of body weight. I currently weigh 227 so I actually take in about 250 grams per day. Also, test will cause some bloat but this can be controlled by most people by using Liquidex (arimidex) as well as drinking a gallon of water each day. A multivitamin as well as milk thistle for the liver and saw palmetto for the prostate and I added glucosamine in there to keep my joints extra happy.

Regarding your workout, please post what you actualy do on a lower/upper body day. It sounds more like a circuit training to me but without seeing I cannot tell. Most guys on here do the 5X5 workout or some form of the "typical body builder" workout such as Mon, chest/tris, tues back/bis, etc.

You know what-----MORE IMPORTANTLY---to help you Burt;

I think you should learn the laws of whats legal and not in your country/state----

It looks like you are from the USA--bakersfield, california----you listed your real birthdate--height, weight, etc..........

Im sure this site is frequented by law enforcement, etc...........(if you are poking around towards the illegal in your post----it would probably take them about 10 minutes to really find you)...
