Recently their was someone who posted about the benefis of Grapefrut juice and all so I decided to give it a try and this is mine diary of how it went.
For there record I am an all natural bodybuilder who doesnt not use ROIDS and my main supplement is Myoplex.
I started the Juice on Satrday Am when my weight was 156lbs exactly.
When I ended the Juice yesterday my weight was a freaky 161lbs.
Thats nearly 5 of SOLID muscle in one cycle! WOW
I'm stayin' on the Juice man, and I'll will let you know how it go's.
