they finally contacted me.and they are sending me the same order with no charge.and this time they said the delivery will require a signature so they dont leave it.im very happy with that and will spread the word about how awesome they are

The shipper has to file the claim with UPS so until GPZ contacts you you're kinda SOL. However, GPZ has always been good to me, i'm sure they'll come through

been using gpz myself since like 2002 and they are money. I have faith in these guys that they will take care of this...
