gpz problems

ordered some pins while back and never got em.checked tracking number and it said it was delivered.i was at home at the date and time it provided and it was apparently left on my front patio....in an apartment complex.nice sitting duck.they didnt even knock.well i never got it and assumed the package was stolen or wrongly delivered.i called ups to chew them out about not knocking and leaving it in the open for trashy thieves to take.only for them to say they cant do anything until the shippers contacted them.so i write to getpins (or gpz) and tell them id like either a refund for the shipping costs or just to send me my order again with no charge.

well its been a bit since i contacted them and i havent recieved a response.

basically im just venting about ups being retarded and that gpz are not helping me out.

The shipper has to file the claim with UPS so until GPZ contacts you you're kinda SOL. However, GPZ has always been good to me, i'm sure they'll come through

Buy at Target, or any pharmacy.. depends on the state you are in.. but there's a reason we advise to wait till you have everything..

good company though in my experience with them..

I know it's frustrating though.

I received a package from GPZ a few months ago with 1 damaged item. They re-sent that item immediately after I contacted them with no questions asked....my point is, based on my experience, GPZ will do everything they can to make it right...

ive ordered from them before as well and was extremely happy with it.i even told them that in my email to them.its just that im out some cash now and i was hoping theyd help a bit.and i havent heard anything from them....

ill probably just re-order though.ill just sit by my door like a dog
