ok bros.....roid rage has become a friend of mine for the first time ever on any cycle...was leaving the movie theatre last nite and these dudes in their hopped up Civics were checking out my chick as well as my buddy's chick.....well, we are both on right now so that didn't help any..they kept whistling and shit so i went up and was nice at first and just threatened them...i walked away to go to my truck and they whistle again..i looked at my buddy and was like what the F***, we went over there and taught those boys a lesson right there in front of a parking lot full of people....word around the campfire is one of them went to the hospital last nite for a mouth full of broken and missing teeth! you can get by me once, but when u try it again, its on.....did i over react??

Na, I don't think you over reacted at all! This often happens to me about say once a week cause someone just pissed me off. There are many asssholes out in the world and they need to be beat.

I've heard so many times that it takes the bigger man to walk away, bla, bla, bla. Well, I think that sometimes it takes the bigger man to throw down and risk an ass kicking. How come fighting is "immature", yet society expresses great admiration for its ass kickers? Tyson has a rape conviction and he still has (or probably had, now that Lewis pummeled him) a loyal following. Throughout history, men who don't take any shit are idolized. General Patton comes to mind, among others.

yeah but throwing down and ass kicking is a great way to get sued and thrown in jail. I don't think society shows great admiration for those in jail or those who are broke because they got their asses sued.

IMO fighting over whistling is a little extreme. It's one thing if the guy put his hands on you or your woman. What if finabomber accidently killed a guy? Is it worth it? Because that shit happens.

In all seriousness, I would never swing at a guy first, for any reason, but if he wanted to fight me, I would defend myself, and if that involved him getting hurt, well so be it, he deserved it. I don't feel pity on those types of people.

Would you whistle at a girl that was walking beside her boyfriend? I wouldn't, unless I had no respect for the dude. I thought it was pretty much accepted that if you openly flirt, whistle, or hit on a girl and her man is right there, you might as well be spitting in his face. The disrespect is that blatant. These guys knew what they were doing. The girl was almost irrelevant- they were testing Finabomber, seeing what he would do. Guys that do this don't deserve to be cut too much slack. They usually won't think twice about beating you to near death, and it doesn't matter if they outnumber you four to one or not. So let's stop pretending that these dudes were just innocently appreciating his girlfriend like any wholesome red-blooded American male. I see lots of beautiful women every week, many with boyfriends, and somehow I hold back from whistling and making rude comments.

True, he risked some serious criminal charges, and maybe I wouldn't do the same thing in that situation, but he made his own choice and that's his deal. The punks made their choice too...maybe they'll make a different one next time.
